3), the material is rolling deformation processing softening. The rolling speed of the high-speed aluminum foil rolling mill is high, and the temperature of the rolling deformation zone is high as the rolling speed is increased. The metal temperature of the deformation zone can be increased to 200C, which is equivalent to performing an intermediate recovery annealing, Softening of the rolling material processing phenomenon.
